Vision Statement
Our overall goals as an organization is to eradicate food insecurity, poverty, and homelessness in our targeted regions. We can achieve this goal by streamlining a combination of resources we have available. For instance, we have highly skilled professionals who coordinate social service programs, that can funnel viable resources to the client. Assisting applicants through the entire process from start to finish. Upon completion of our action plan, we encourage participation in Educational, Hunger Relief Programs, Housing Programs and Career Training Programs.
Having our action plan can be the difference between failure and success. The action plans we implement serve only one purpose. That's to secure housing, financial stability and middle class employment. We use our network and resources to support our clients at every step of the process. If you are living unsheltered, we provide wrap-around services to ensure you are safe and stable.
Many unsheltered neighbors, and low-income families also have pets who are or may get hungry. We strongly believe pets and support animals are a very vital and integral part of the family and community. Not only do animals provide companionship and necessary emotional support. But, they often can go hungry living on the streets. Hungry animals and pets are a serious concern affecting thousands of people across the country. We are there for anyone that experiences a financial crisis and needs immediate assistance with feeding your cat or dog.
We seek to help by offering a monthly supply of high-quality pet food. Any pet owner who requires assistance can apply. No pet should ever go hungry simply because we lose our home. We currently supply Huggies brand disposable diapers and wipes. These resources are for low-income and young working families.
Today we operate in California, Florida, and Pennsylvania. We streamlined our services we extend to those that will create the most impact.
In California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and across much of America the need to provide backpacks filled with essential needs and PPE for our unsheltered neighbors living outside on the streets. Our Emergency Care Kit Program supplies much-needed resources that everyday Americans take for granted such as clean, comfortable, warm socks, or freezer bags to protect documents or even a Tarp to protect them from the elements as they have no roof. Those are just three, we provide many items and resources to help transition people off the street and into housing.
We help those in need & advocate on their behalf for equal and affordable housing. We also help with establishing an action plan to assist in mental health referrals, housing assistance, job training, and placement for those who qualify. The Emergency Care backpacks are distributed in the communities throughout the month and can also be reserved online.
Along with many of our neighbors suffering on the streets, are very devoted and often hungry pets. Many of these pets are much appreciated and needed companions. Many are support animals. We believe that there should be no hungry pets due to any financial instability or hardship the owner may experience. To help ensure the health and wellbeing of pets in our community we offer a one month supply of high-quality Pet food and treats. This program is open to any low-income individual or family, who applies. A front of the line preference will be given to any homeless pets. You can apply online or call for more information on our More Than A Pet Program.
There was also a drastic need to provide baby diapers for infants, Pull Up’s for toddlers and baby wipes to low-income families. Many children suffer due to the soaring cost of diapers and wipes. Those families experiencing financial hardship will have priority. All low-income households are encouraged to apply. We help by supplying one month of diapers and wipes each month. We provide the Fresh Family Program at no cost to those who qualify. Participants can use this program for children 0-3 years of age.
We also offer our very own hunger relief program we call the Care Plate Program. Residents can order online and have a hot. nutrition, home-cooked meal delivered to them within the county limits. There are no requirements and anyone who is hungry can apply in a minutes.
We plan to expand into a facility that will truly assist our efforts to ensure our goal of rapid rehousing at the point of engagement. We realized the need for a long term solution to this crisis beyond any short-term fix. That can only be accomplished with a mixed-use facility. Our Vision for the Future
We are working hard for America. We want to clear the streets of our great nation of poverty and hopelessness. We can meet the goal of eradicating chronic homelessness, hunger, and poverty. Through our community redevelopment and job training programs, we have composed a well-managed plan for success one person at a time.
Our vision is to redirect the millions of disadvantaged, unsheltered residents, out of poverty, and off the streets, and into permanent stable employment, and housing. We believe we can achieve this by developing, introducing, new actions, promoting, life-skills, and protocols that business and communities can build and expand upon. We plan to have many residential facilities that will serve a mix of work, living, and community space for our neighbors we serve. With many chapters and partners cross America.
Ensuring we fulfill our mission and vision to lift the masses of marginalized residents, upward mobility, and firmly place them in a newly expanded middle-class in America. Our focus and priority will be to secure a middle-class career or career training options for each client.
We develop individual case action plans and tailor our organizational goals to complement and match, our client's talents and life experiences with the needs of the local community. Our Comprehensive Action Plan (CAP) complements our resources by advancing and positioning the clients for growth and success.
Our CAP will help achieve, secure, and sustain permanent employment, housing, and promote self-sufficiency for generations to come. Without an immediate future need for government assistance or intervention.
By partnering with other local and national community-based organizations, we can expand our choices of career & entrepreneurship training programs within and outside the community for our clients. We help to establish and identify financial resources, security, and stability for our clients. Ensuring they have a stable income and a bank account to manage finances.
Armed with a new career, bank account, and a CAP, can successfully create a path towards a permanent housing solution. With our end goal of Expanding America’s middle-class with a dedicated, well-trained workforce. Our clients will continually add new streams of business revenue for the private sector, and increased tax revenue for local, state, and federal government. Our newly minted taxpayers will have a substantially positive boost on the economic impact of their communities and the nation.
Only together can we eradicate hunger, homelessness, and poverty. The urgency of now is here for the community to join! We make it easy to align with our initiatives and with our community partners.
More and more people are losing careers, jobs, income, and houses at unprecedented numbers. The need is growing for all hands-on to be on deck. Our Partner corporations, Community Based Organizations, Community Leaders, Faith-Based Organizations, local, state, and federal government entities, neighbors, small-business owners are all lending support. They help in developing, fostering, and enhancing our clients who are low-income families, unsheltered residents, and disadvantaged animal companions who need food, employment options, financial and life skills, and permanent housing. Together with your help, we can expand and rebuild the middle class one person at a time. With care, compassion, and will-power anything is possible.
