Mental Health Awareness Day BBQ 

At the You Saved Me Foundation we are bringing together some of the best minds and people in San Diego. We are featuring Best Selling Authors, BBQ Food— Live Musical Performances — Mental Health Life Coaching Activities for Everyone to help cope and decompress in such a stressful time with the pandemic, the economy and so much more!
The Vibe at our BBQ will be Chill, Fun, Inclusive and Exciting! We are all looking forward to seeing our clients, neighbors, and community partners while learning some new mental health and communicational skills for those suffering. Feel free to come to grab a bite to eat, hang out with the staff, and meet neighbors attending and, make an impact!
